Express Recruitment are very excited to be working with a respected business who operate across the Country. They are looking for someone to join their front-of-house service team, based in Beeston.
Responsibilities- Reception duties and face to face hosting with stakeholders
- Supporting the operational teams with administration
- Up-keeping of records and inputting sensitive data
- Diary management and calendar ownership
- Invoicing and collection of goods & services
- Stakeholder & leadership liaison
- Experience with administration and/or as a receptionist
- Worked within a busy reception or office
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment and complex needs
- IT literate
- Good communication skills, both over the telephone and face to face
- Previous customer service or advisory position considered
