About Our Client

A large corporation in Richmond.

Job Description

  1. Assist in the collation of new business documentation up to the point of payment to our vendor/dealer/broker partner.
  2. Liaise with vendors/dealers/brokers to ensure we have correct and valid documentation, resolving any issues directly with them.
  3. Where applicable, contact end users to confirm equipment has been delivered and accepted.
  4. Ensure all variable rate deals are fully loaded with their specific cashflows in Alfa prior to payout.
  5. Verify that all deals ready for payout comply with credit acceptance terms and vendor/dealer/broker agreements; liaise with sales and risk teams to resolve issues.
  6. Ensure all deals prepared for payout are correctly loaded in Engage/ALFA or Vienna/Alfa and enriched where applicable.
  7. Coordinate with the finance department regarding deal pricing and book funds for deals prior to payout where appropriate.
  8. Perform second checks on deals above £75k prepared by other New Business Coordinators.
  9. Review deal information in Alfa and modify where necessary before setting agreements to LIVE for supplier invoice payment.
  10. Check and authorize supplier invoices for payout in ALFA, ensuring they are within authorized monetary limits.
  11. Reconcile all agreements before passing to Finance for payment processing.
  12. Produce Welcome Letters and prepare accompanying documents for posting.
  13. Ensure ancillary documentation (e.g., Notice of Assignments) are sent and recorded as necessary in Alfa.
  14. Apply SGEF policies & procedures to Stocking Facilities via the APAK system.
  15. Ensure the finance agreement is signed on behalf of SGEF in accordance with signatory limits.
