Temporary Part-Time Assistant Service Manager - Lead Team

Mencap is offering a part-time fixed-term role in Norwich as an Assistant Service Manager (Maternity Leave). You will report to the Service Manager and help support a team of Support Workers to ensure the smooth running of the service, with a full driving licence required.

The position requires strong communication, the ability to lead a team, and flexibility to cover on-site management. Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
