Temporary Nanny - Brighton

A lovely family based in Brighton is seeking a temporary nanny to support the father during the mother's absence.

This is a rewarding role supporting two children within a structured and nurturing home environment.

About the Role:

Start Date: 7th May (3 weeks)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 7:00pm
Location: Brighton (Live-out)
Suitability: This role would suit an experienced nanny who is confident working in structured environments and supporting children with individual needs.

About the Children:

• 11-year-old girl


• 13-year-old boy


• Both children are neurodiverse

The children thrive on routine, consistency, and clear boundaries, and the role requires a calm, structured, and attentive approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves light childcare duties focused on supporting the children's routine:

• School drop-offs and pick-ups


• Supporting morning and evening routines


• Maintaining structure and consistency throughout the day


• Implementing and adhering to risk assessments at all times


• Preparing healthy meals for the children


• Light housekeeping related to the children


• Running child-related errands


• Providing a calm, supportive, and engaging environment

Requirements:

• Driver essential with own car


• Business class insurance required


• Experience working with neurodiverse children


• Confident in maintaining structure and following routines


• Calm, patient, and proactive approach

Additional Information:

• Family has 2 cats


• Live-out position - ideally suited to a local candidate
