Job Description

Are you immediately available? Are you an experienced Administrator wanting to move into HR or gain experience within compliance and onboarding?

Element Recruitment are growing business in Somerset seeking a proactive Temporary HR Administrator to support the team. The role will focus on onboarding new starters, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from offer to induction.

You'll get to work in a super friendly, and growing team, while being exposed to different elements of HR from Talent, L&D to BP.

  • Starting ASAP
  • 4 days home working, 1 day in the office (can be more flexible if further afield)
  • Based in Somerset
  • £14.29 per hour
Key responsibilities
  • Preparing contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinating induction schedules and training
  • Completing pre-employment checks
  • Supporting managers and employees with HR queries
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
Requirements
  • Organised, detail-focused, and confident in building positive relationships
  • Previous HR or administration experience is desirable, but most importantly, you'll bring energy and professionalism to the role
