Temporary Head Chef

My client, a busy hotel and restaurant operation in Newquay that specialises in catering for tour and coach parties, is looking for an experienced Head Chef to provide cover from 7th August to 18th August.

Position: Head Chef

Location: Newquay, Cornwall

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Leading and supporting a team of two other chefs
• Stock control and ordering
• Maintaining food quality and consistency
• Ensuring all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations are adhered to
• Overseeing kitchen compliance and smooth service delivery

Package

£22.00 per hour
Hours will vary depending on business levels
Live-in accommodation provided

• Private hotel room (double room)
• Meals included
