  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and records accurately.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding the status of their applications.
  • Prepare recruitment-related documents and correspondence as required.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to aid the recruitment department.

A successful Temporary Recruitment Admin should have:
