Temporary Front of House Coordinator - Prestigious Accountancy Firm


Location: Bradford (BD1) Hours: 4 hours per day, between 10:00am-3:00pm Start Date: 18th August Duration: Ongoing with potential to become permanent Pay Rate: £12.70-£13.00 per hour


Are you a confident communicator with a warm, professional presence? We're looking for a Front of House Coordinator to support a well-established accountancy firm in their modern Bradford office. You'll be the welcoming face of the business, joining a bubbly and supportive team that values excellence and friendliness in equal measure.


What You'll Be Doing:



  • Handling inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments

  • Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

  • Inputting data into internal CRM systems

  • Coordinating deliveries and liaising with reception and other departments

  • Managing the internal email inbox

  • Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed


What We're Looking For:



  • Previous experience in a Front of House or Reception role

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Confident using IT systems including Excel and CRM platforms

  • A polished, professional manner and excellent communication skills
