Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive team in Nottingham on a temporary basis, with immediate starts available.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable customer service experience within a professional contact centre environment, where you will receive full training and ongoing support from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Handling inbound calls
- Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience
- Taking accurate messages and recording important information
- Ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and effectively
- Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
- Working as part of a supportive team to maintain excellent service standards
- Previous customer service or call handling experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high standards
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Competitive pay rate of £12.75 per hour
