6 week assignment to start ASAP
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Duties

• Working as part of large team you will liaise with customers, updating information on the in-house database
• You will forward feedback emails to customers and log responses
• You will respond to enquiries and queries by phone and email

To be considered for this role

• You must be confident talking to customers over the telephone
• You must be available to work for the next 6 weeks without substantial absences
