Temporary Corporate Receptionist (Immediate Start)

Pay: £16-£18 per hour

Working hours: Rotating shifts between 8:00am-5:00pm and 9:00am-6:00pm

Start date: 2 July 2024. Duration: 3 weeks.

Location: Victoria, London (City of London).

This three week temporary assignment is for a corporate receptionist at a global oil and gas organisation. You will work as part of a two person front of house team, welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, and maintaining professional front of house standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors professionally and welcomingly.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and calendars.
  • Organise client lunches and catering.
  • Arrange couriers and manage deliveries.
  • Oversee visitor access and liaise with suppliers.
  • Provide switchboard cover when required.
  • Assist with office events and maintain a professional reception area.
