Temporary Asset Management Assistant for Property Portfolio

Essential Employment is seeking an Assistant Asset Manager for a temporary assignment in Worthing. The role supports the management of a commercial property portfolio and involves helping negotiate rent reviews, leases, licences, and other contracts.

You will handle landlord and tenant enquiries, assist with estate administration, use the finance system, liaise with external consultants and manage service charges. This role offers PAYE timesheet rate of £18.85 per hour.
