Temp-to-Perm On-Site Hire Administrator (Construction)

Alma Personnel is seeking a Hire Administrator/Controller to join a Loughborough team on site. The role involves hands-on administration, liaising with customers, and following up on orders in a busy construction environment.

You will handle calls, quotations and sales leads, working closely with drivers and engineers while maintaining a positive, resilient approach. MS Office proficiency is required and training will be provided to own the role.
