Temporary School Receptionist/Administrator - Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service available to start ASAP
Location: Peterborough
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-4pm
Hourly rate: £13 per hour

Responsibilities- Signing in visitors and ensuring security protocols are followed
- Sending out communication
- Taking and managing school registers
- Answering emails and phone inquiries promptly
- Dealing with staff, pupil, and parent queries efficiently
- Must have a DBS on the update service
- Previous recent office based experience in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
