Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £16 per hour

Your RoleAs an experienced Administrator, you'll hit the ground running, assisting our team with all administrative tasks. You will have a keen eye for detail and can do attitude. This is a rewarding opportunity to leverage your strong administrative skillset in a fast paced environment!
What You'll Do:- Client Administration: Handle general client administration tasks.
- New Business Processing: Process and monitor new business using CURO event lists.
- Client Review Packs: Create Client Review Packs as trained by the Administration Manager.
- Database Management: Ensure CURO is updated with all relevant information.
- Client Communication: Contact clients to book reviews in line with the client review process.
- Phone Support: Answering phones and handling inquiries.
- Post-Meeting Follow-Up: Draft and send post meeting letters as required.
- Compliance: Ensure continual compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
- Data Cleansing: Maintain clean and organised data records.
- Experience as an administrator.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations and legislation.
- Skills: Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Broad experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Calm Under Pressure: Remain calm when faced with conflicting demands.
- Adaptability: Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving.
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a positive attitude towards work.
