The Opportunity
We're looking for confident, motivated Telesales Executives to join our outbound B2B sales team.
You'll be speaking directly to business owners, creating opportunities for our Directors to discuss valuations, exit plans, and sale strategies.
You'll need to be comfortable on the phone, quick to build rapport, and able to turn curiosity into conversation.
Whether you're looking for full-time hours or a part-time role that fits around school hours or other commitments, this is a genuine chance to earn well, learn fast, and work in a professional, upbeat environment.
Your Working Options
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, early finish Fridays (3pm).
- Part-time: Flexible shifts such as 9:30am-2:30pm or 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday.
Ideal for experienced salespeople seeking balance without losing earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage business owners and decision-makers via outbound calls and email.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for our Associate Director team.
- Manage your own pipeline through HubSpot CRM.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs.
- Contribute to a high-performing, supportive sales culture.
What We're Looking For
- Previous outbound B2B or B2C telesales experience (1 year+ preferred).
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and commercially minded.
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Target-driven with a genuine hunger to earn and progress.
