Location: Preston Docks Office based Hours: Mon-Fri (no weekends) 36 hours Salary: £24,000 basic per year Realistic uncapped OTE between £30,000-£40,000

Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive Role:

  • Proactively prospect via outbound calling with new and existing clients
  • To be relentless in meeting targets and KPI's on a daily and weekly basis
  • To present our services and work as a team to achieve our goal of to be the number 1 Business broker in the UK
  • Ensure quality bookings are set up as appointments for our Associate Director team.
  • To maximise the efficiency of the diaries for the Associate Directors
  • To use persuasive language and active listening skills to present company services and products to potential clients to secure interest
  • To gather and document information about the customer and accurately record those conversations through our CRM system.
  • To build strong relationships with potential customers, colleagues, and the field sales team
  • Actively drive career progression and self-growth
  • To always act professionally and contribute/ provide support to the wider team.

Expectations of the Telesales Executive Role

You'll have the passion and enthusiasm to build successful relationships with clients. You will have:

  • The ability to communicate with all key stakeholders
  • The ability to build good strong relationships
  • The ability to negotiate and influence and work within a CRM system.
  • The ability to work to deadlines, KPI's and set targets.
  • Proven track record of organising and planning skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales
