Job Description

Telesales Operative £12.21 per hr Solihull 40 hrs per week

0800am - 1700pm Monday to Friday

Their team works with clients across the public sector, private sector, and third sector.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will have experience in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Responsibilities include:
  • Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments
  • Generating leads
  • Updating company information
  • Completing telephone surveys on behalf of clients
Progression Opportunities

Potential career progression includes roles such as Senior Telemarketing Executive and Team Leader, each with different pay structures.

Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a similar outbound calling role
  • Ability to achieve a dial target of at least 175 calls per day
  • Confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers (MD, FD, HRD, Marketing Directors)
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
