Part-Time Order Taker & Customer Service Operative (Phone-Based)

We are a bespoke company specialising in high-quality landscaping products, and we're looking for a friendly, reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Order Taker & Customer Service Operative.

Role Overview:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, taking orders accurately, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with enquiries
• Taking and processing orders efficiently and accurately
• Providing product information and guidance
• Maintaining a professional and helpful manner at all times
• Updating customer records and order details as required

What We Offer:

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday schedule (20 hours per week)
• Full training provided
• Ongoing work with the potential to become a permanent position
