We are recruiting a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team and help drive our growth through proactive customer outreach and engagement.
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services, generate leads, and support overall sales objectives. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs and effectively communicating value propositions.
Key Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided contact lists.
- Present information about our products/services clearly and engagingly.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or pass prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service or a similar role is beneficial.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to listen actively and adapt calls based on customer needs.
- Comfortable using phone systems and CRM software to log interactions
