Description

• Shape regional telecom strategy - Partner with Country Managers, Account Executives, and local Sales teams to craft high-impact, two-three year market and partner plans, supported by clear analytics, guidance, and playbooks.• Build and coordinate country & account plans - Keep every country Telco and strategic account plan on schedule and aligned with agreed milestones.• Lead flagship growth initiatives - Scope, pilot, and scale "big-idea" projects across carriers and channels to accelerate adoption of the Apple ecosystem.• Turn data into direction - Deliver rigorous, actionable insights on market trends, partner performance, and Apple's objectives to inform investment and planning decisions.• Orchestrate cross-functional execution - Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, Affordability Reseller Operations, and Sales Finance to refine plans and ensure flawless rollout.• Secure approval and drive delivery - Guide plans through regional leadership sign-off, stay embedded with team on execution to track progress, remove roadblocks, iterate, and refine as needed.• Pursue ad-hoc business development - Tackle special projects-such as alternative go-to-market models or partner-expansion analyses-whenever new opportunities arise.This role provides broad exposure to country organizations, central functions, and global leadership, offering a unique platform to influence strategy at multiple levels of the business.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's, Master's or PhD - or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Significant experience in a business planning / business development role, either in a central team or in-region/country
  • Specific experience of business plan development - either at country / partner level or both
  • Will have in depth experience operating and influencing within a matrix organisation
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong intuition for business and consumer focus.
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Previous leadership skills including experience leading teams and supply chain process and systems expertise.
  • Previous experience setting direction for process and/or tool improvements to support team objectives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, should have the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data to executive level
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Management consulting is a plus.
