Tele Collector

Job Description:

• The Tele Collector is responsible for managing and recovering outstanding accounts through professional and effective communication with customers. The role involves contacting customers with overdue balances via phone, email, SMS, or other approved communication channels to discuss account status, negotiate payment arrangements, and secure commitments to pay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers with overdue accounts.
• Discuss outstanding balances and payment options.
• Negotiate payment arrangements.
• Follow up on promised payments.
• Handle customer concerns and account disputes.
• Update customer records and document all interactions.
• Meet collection, productivity, and quality targets.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in collection, customer service, or call center is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in talking to customers and handling concerns.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
