Teen Support Worker - Morning & After School Shifts (Female)

Snap Care is hiring a Support Worker to assist a wonderful 15-year-old girl, Lucy, with an acquired brain injury in Hemel Hempstead. This rewarding role involves providing essential support in her daily activities, schooling, and therapy sessions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home care environments and with young people needing additional support. Excellent command of English and ownership of a vehicle are essential for this position.
