Technology Graduate / Services Assistant is required to join a global legal business, specifically their growing technology division. Offering a competitive salary, this person will be required to work in the London office on a flexible hybrid set up.
This role supports the technology team in delivering excellent customer service by handling key tasks such as provisioning hardware for new joiners, processing leavers, and managing credential changes. They will also assist with various team projects and ongoing processes. The role requires adaptability, a willingness to learn, creativity, and strong customer service skills. This is an excellent opportunity to gain extensive training.
Key requirements:
- Technology related degree (or equivalent).
- Ideally some experience in an IT role within professional services.
- Desire to learn and upskill in technology.
