Responsibilities

• Lead PMO operations, ensuring adherence to project governance standards.
• Oversee risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage resource planning and allocation across projects.
• Ensure smooth integration of technology initiatives with minimal business disruption.
• Provide oversight and reporting on project performance and delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing PMO functions in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and resource planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Working Conditions

Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 25 lbs). Flexible schedule or after-hours support may be needed during maintenance windows or emergencies.
