Technology Partnerships Manager - Integrations & Growth

Borderless is seeking a Technology Partner Manager / Integrations Partner Manager to transform our partnerships and integration channel into a primary growth engine. You will close deals with major HRIS and ATS platforms, working across product, engineering, and commercial teams to prioritise high-value integrations.

You will own partnerships end to end, activate usage, generate revenue, and scale the integrations motion with global platform partners.
