We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Manager to join our Data and Technology team at Woodgreen. The successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring the continuous provision of Information Technology services. Managing an effective team and delivering exceptional IT service, they will;
- Take a leading role in creating and maintaining an effective, supportable, secure, sustainable and customer focused technology service at Woodgreen.
- Ensure the provision of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line expert technical support for all technology related products.
- Provide support to the organisation by undertaking a Business Partnering role representing technology. Establishing strong relationships, identifying opportunities, issues and better ways to support with technology enablement.
- Lead the organisations cyber security operations including development, implementation and continuous monitoring and improvement.
The successful candidate will be excellent communicator with a customer focused outlook. They will have a sound understanding of data protection, information and security management, including cyber, and will show a willingness to keep their knowledge up to date and developed via CPD. This is a hybrid opportunity with the expectation that our successful candidate will initially work 3 days from our Godmanchester site dependent on business need. Over time this requirement will become 2 - 3 days dependent on the needs of the business.
In addition to a starting salary of £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, we can also offer you;
