Technology Enabled Care Strategy Lead

PA is seeking a Strategic Development Lead to drive the strategic partnership with Sheffield City Council's Home First: Technology Enabled Care service. You will guide the move from traditional telecare to a modern, digital, outcomes-led model embedded across adult social care.

You will collaborate with council, providers, health and housing partners to deliver practical pathways, measurable benefits and better resident outcomes across care and support systems.
