Technology Director

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day technology delivery
• Build and maintain a technology roadmap
• Position technology as a business enabler
• Provide technology governance
• Evaluate emerging technologies
• Lead and optimise Microsoft technology stack
• Oversee Microsoft 365 environment
• Own Power BI strategy
• Champion and govern AI strategy
• Lead, mentor and develop a distributed technology team
• Act as a senior technical authority in client engagements
• Build and maintain strategic supplier and partner relationships

Requirements

• Solid experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles
• A track record of delivering technology change
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams
• Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels
• Experience engaging with clients and partners as a trusted technical advisor
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Business Central
• Understanding of modern AI tools
• Experience with automation technologies and scripting
