The RoleAs Technology Business Partner Lead, you will bridge Group Technology and the wider business. Leading a team of Technology Business Partners and QA professionals, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to identify opportunities for improving business output and performance through strategic technology use. You will also promote a culture of greater tech awareness and adoption within the business.
What You'll Do- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five tech business partners and QA professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a liaison between technology and business units, collaborating with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to align technology with long-term business goals.
- Change Management: Drive initiatives to enhance tech awareness and adoption. Develop and deliver training to improve tech proficiency across the organization.
- Technology Change Requests: Translate business needs into technical requirements, design solutions with software teams, and manage the Technology Change Plan for timely delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Work with the Senior Test Analyst to ensure quality standards, implement QA best practices, and oversee effective testing of solutions.

- Analytical Skills: Expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and aligning solutions with business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer Service Orientation: Experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and develop teams, with a proven track record in people management.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in core software applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
