Workplace Services manages Deloitte's occupied UK office space, overseeing supply chain performance, workplace compliance (including sustainability), programme and project management, and operational excellence through data-driven insights. They collaborate with Internal Real Estate, which is responsible for unoccupied spaces.
The Operational Excellence division comprises Digital, Experience, and Change & Engagement functions working together to drive continuous process improvement and innovation within Workplace Services. By leveraging data analytics, technology solutions, and change management expertise, Operational Excellence identifies bottlenecks, automates tasks, improves efficiency, and enhances the overall workplace experience.

Connect to your opportunity The Technology & Enablement Manager is responsible for managing the implementation and adoption of new technologies within Workplace Services (WS), ensuring alignment with the overall technology and data strategy. This includes managing technology projects, configuring systems, providing technical support, and training users on new tools and platforms. The Manager will work closely with the Data Insights & Governance Manager and the Business Analyst to ensure data integrity, stakeholder collaboration, and an effective technology landscape within WS.
Success in this role will be evidenced by demonstrably improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction through the successful implementation and adoption of new technologies. This includes on-time and within-budget project delivery, effective system management, robust data governance, and a positive impact on the workplace experience.

Responsibilities
- Manages the implementation of new technologies, systems and smart building initiatives and systems within Workplace Services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications.
- Configures and maintains workplace technology systems, including smart building platforms, integrated workplace management system (IWMS), and other relevant tools.
- Provides technical support to WS staff and end-users on existing and new technologies.
- Develops and delivers training materials and sessions for users on new systems and tools.
- Manages vendor relationships related to technology implementations and support.
- Collaborates with the Data Insights & Governance Manager to ensure data integrity and effective integration between systems.
- Manages platform management for key workplace systems (e.g., ICONICS Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) (Smart Building Platform .
- Works with the Experience Manager to monitor the impact of new technologies on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Identifies opportunities for technology improvements and automation within Workplace Services.
- Stays up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in workplace management.
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of the WS technology roadmap.
- Owns, prioritises, and coordinates the WS technology use case backlog.
- Builds strong relationships with supplier teams to enable collaborative working and reporting.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting workplace technologies.
- Strong technical skills and experience with relevant systems and platforms (e.g., IWMS, IBMS, smart building platforms, ServiceNow).
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful technology projects.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data integration and analysis.
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or other relevant IT service management frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a focus on technology solutions.
