Are you passionate about engineering and eager to inspire the next generation? Join our dynamic team at Bridgend College, where your technical expertise will help shape the future of budding engineers.

Job purpose: To support the delivery team, prepare materials and teaching resources and to maintain workshops, equipment and resources in order to assist in the delivery of efficient and effective training.

You will have knowledge and experience of working within a relevant STEM environment, including good practice and relevant occupational competence, along with a NVQ Level 3 apprenticeship in Engineering or equivalent. Experience of working in a manufacturing or maintenance environment, to include: Additive layer manufacturing, CADCAM, Laser cutting and Electromechanical systems.
