Basic Salary range: £29,120 - £38,480 depending on level and experience

Further TEAM bonus based on department net profit worth £4800 per year.

The site achieves the plan every month!

Saturdays are paid as overtime

What We're Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 (poss look at 2) or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Minimum 12 months experience in a main dealer workshop
• Full UK driving license
• MOT qualification is a bonus!

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday + Rota Saturdays paid as overtime

Role Overview:

You will carry out vehicle services, repairs, and diagnostics, ensuring safe and efficient work that meets customer expectations and maximizes productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to a high standard
• Conduct routine servicing and repair work
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations
• Ensure all work complies with safety and MOT standards
• Take personal responsibility for workshop tools and equipment
