Office attendance: 2/3 days per week ideally but will consider candidates seeking less office time due to the nature and niche element of the role.

Key requirements:

• MUST have recent local authority experience - people with a private sector or national government background will not be suitable.
• The client cannot consider long notice periods.
• Extensive technical/close down accounting experience.
• Ideally someone with experience within a District/Borough Council background vs county/unitary authorities.
• Providing Technical support around year end.
