Job Description
Technical Writer; Oracle Cloud ERP, Manufacturing
- Location - Wotton, UK
- Rate - £450/day Outside IR35
- Role duration (6 months) -
- Hybrid model - 2 days expected to work from client office
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, ideally in manufacturing or enterprise technology environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing modules preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to shadow users and capture process details effectively.
- Expertise in creating SOPs, process documents, training manuals, and user guides.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to interact with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (MS Office, Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, etc.).
- Knowledge of compliance and quality standards relevant to manufacturing documentation (ISO, FDA, SOX, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
