Technical Writer / Developer Advocate

Responsibilities:

• Create interactive learning materials for developer audiences, including written and video tutorials, quick start guides, and code samples.

• Maintain developer documentation, including API and SDK documentation, and developer guides, using docs-as-code processes.

• Contribute to the development of the developer portal, advocating for developer needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Maintain our technical blog, providing entertaining and valuable blogs for developer audiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for developer audiences, developer advocacy, or similar.

• Proficiency in coding and ability to show code samples.

• Experience working in a SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI

• Experience creating video tutorials and other non-traditional learning materials.
