Technical Trainer

In this vital role, you will develop, deliver, and evaluate GMP-compliant training programmes tailored for manufacturing and pharmaceutical environments. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, ensure staff are well-versed in GMP standards, and maintain accurate training records to support compliance and continuous improvement. As Technical Trainer, you will foster a culture of quality and safety, providing engaging sessions to staff at all levels and contributing to the organisation's training excellence. Proficiency in designing and delivering training modules and materials Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles Experience in manufacturing with a pharmaceutical background would be an advantage. Strong understanding of GMP regulations and compliance would be an advantage, but this training will be provided.
