The Technical Trainer will interact with customers in person and remotely to provide comprehensive and in-depth overviews of Ceragon's product portfolio. This role applies problem analysis skills to technical and training-related opportunities. Strong interpersonal skills are required to ensure effective delivery of customer training, internal training, and education-based delivery. The primary focus will be on technical training of products and associated concepts supporting these products. The instructor/developer must be able to design, develop, and deliver training materials across a broad portfolio of products and technologies.

The position reports within the North America business unit and collaborates with the global training and education organization.
