Technical Trainer - Offsite Energy Solutions (Dundalk)

Alternative Heat is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver technical and compliance training across Dundalk and wider Irish operations. The role focuses on workforce competency, safety, and technical capability in line with company procedures and Irish legislation.

Working with operational teams and the Learning & Development function, you will identify skills gaps, develop training solutions, and ensure employees are competent, compliant and confident in their roles.
