About The Role
Technical Lead - Capacity building for GoJ on WPS. Provides technical leadership on Women, Peace and Security programming in line with national and donor frameworks, ensuring coherence across policy, implementation, and learning. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the strategic design, delivery, and monitoring of WPS-related interventions. Provide expert technical input to partners and implementing teams. - Lead advocacy efforts aligned with JONAP II and relevant GoJ priorities. - Build capacity and mentor local actors engaged in WPS. Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years' experience in WPS, gender equality, or related fields. - A degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field (Master's preferred). - Deep familiarity with JONAP and regional WPS architecture. - Demonstrated experience in program design, coordination, and technical capacity-building. - Fluency in Arabic and English.About Us
