Technical Talent Manager - Maritime Tech

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to lead recruitment across technical roles. You will build future talent pipelines, strengthen SRT's employer brand, and collaborate with universities, training providers and industry bodies.

The role reports to the HR Manager and focuses on attracting exceptional graduates and engineers for Sovereign Territory Surveillance projects. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, event representation, ATS maintenance, and
