Responsibilities

• Make technical recommendations and manage inspections of properties and communal areas for inclusion into a leasing scheme.
• Carry out inspections of dwellings and advise on methods of repairs and adaptation and provide technical input to the temporary accommodation team regarding repairs and maintenance of stock.
• Issue works orders, ensure efficient cost control, supervise all works as they proceed and on completion, and instruct contractors to remedy any defects as appropriate.
