Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and communicative IT Systems & support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies who enjoys not only solving technical problems but also enabling colleagues to work smarter with IT.

In this role, you'll manage and improve our modern Microsoft-based workplace-Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Active Directory-while taking the lead in technical support, internal communication, coordination, training, and education around IT tools and processes.


Your Impact:

  • Act as the go-to person between IT and internal teams, turning technical insights into actionable, user-friendly solutions
  • Deliver clear communication around system updates, changes, and usage best practices
  • Develop and deliver internal IT onboarding, short training sessions, and user documentation
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure Microsoft tools are used effectively and securely across the organization
  • Administer and improve Microsoft environments (M365, Intune, Azure AD, Exchange Online, etc.)
  • Support 2nd-line technical issues and mentor first-line support through knowledge sharing and guidance
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement


What You Bring:

  • Experience as an IT System Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Active Directory, and related tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating and enabling users
  • Experience with technical support
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Service-minded, proactive, and keen to contribute to a positive user experience


  • Work from home: 1-2 days a week
  • Budget: up to 5K EURO per month
