Your Role
The Technical Support professional will join Future Range's service delivery team, providing hands on support across customer environments. This role will involve supporting end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring client systems remain stable, secure and well maintained.
Working within a fast paced MSP environment, the role will cover day to day support as well as involvement in improvement initiatives and customer projects. The successful individual will work closely with colleagues and customers, delivering a high standard of service while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and client scenarios.
What You Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a technical support role, ideally within an MSP or service driven environment. A solid grounding in Windows desktop and server support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking fundamentals is essential, along with strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and user issues.
They will be customer focused, organised and comfortable managing multiple tickets and priorities. Strong communication skills are key, as is the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non technical users. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be critical to success at the company.
