Technical Support Coordinator

We are looking for a technical support role for a company in the North Vaud region specialized in AI-controlled machining machines. ResponsibilitiesThis key role aims to ensure communication between the field, the after-sales service teams, and the technical office to continuously improve the performance and reliability of the machines. Main tasks include: - Performing functionality tests on machining centers - Identifying, analyzing, and documenting technical points to optimize or correct - Actively participating in machine improvements - Collecting and structuring feedback from the field (after-sales service, clients, internal tests) - Communicating effectively with the technical office to prioritize and follow up on technical issues until resolution - Contributing to software development and soft parameters of the machines - Providing occasional support to the after-sales teams - Proposing innovative technical solutions Requirements- Engineering degree in mechanical design or equivalent - Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role: technical, advanced support, machine testing, R&D, or improvement - Very good technical level in mechanical, electrical, and software environments - Autonomy, reflection, and rigor - Curiosity, proactivity, passion for technique - Willingness, commitment, and desire to invest in an innovative industrial project - Ease of communication with internal and external teams BenefitsWe offer you a permanent position within a modern and friendly company, with a cohesive and supportive team.
