Executive Integrity is recruiting on behalf of a Successful, Award-Winning global shipowner seeking a Qualified, Determined Technical Superintendent with dual fuel engine expertise and PCTC (Pure Car & Truck Carrier) sailing experience. This is a Unique opportunity to join a Strong, Refreshed technical team managing high-profile, future-focused tonnage.
What will you be doing?- Be the assured technical authority for dual fuel PCTC vessels, keeping them safe, compliant and commercially ready
- Drive improved performance across maintenance, drydockings and fleet KPIs, protecting uptime and budgets
- Lead and inspire senior ship staff with focused, brave leadership and a safety-first mindset
- Partner with Class, Flag, yards and vendors to deliver winner-level results
- Champion HSSE excellence and sustainable practices across the fleet
- Dual fuel engine experience is essential, with time sailed on PCTC vessels
- Chief Engineer (CoC Class I) or Degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering
- Proven Superintendent or senior sailing background with strong technical credibility
- Motivated, analytical and confident communicator able to influence at all levels
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment
- Outstanding annual bonus - up to 6 months' salary
- Hybrid working: 4 days office / 1 day WFH
