Technical Solutions Consultant - API

Technical Solutions Consultant vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Technology sector.

Your tasks:

Provide high touch technical support with strategic clients to facilitate the migration from the Content API for Shopping to the Merchant API for large, strategic, complex partners and advertisers via proactive outreach to internal and external stakeholders and reactive support via emails and ad-hoc meetings.

Virtual workshops with client development teams to discuss architecture of the integration, review changes and suggest best practices can be considerered.

Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, educate partners and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.

Design support solutions to complex customer challenges and recognize patterns that can be reused by other Partners.

Manage relationships with a portfolio of Partners with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Work with Business Development, Product Managers and Partner Operations Managers to upgrade top clients' integration and make tools requests required to improve processes and performance

Your experience/knowledge:

Previous experience working with APIs and ability to understand how API works and how the partners are integrated with Google

Customer Facing experience (including presentations)

Strong troubleshooting skills

Data Coding and SQL

Fluency in English (German, French or Spanish is an advantage)
