RequirementsTechnical Expertise: Possessing in-depth knowledge of specific technologies, software, and products. Key strengths on the following areas are required:
- Cloud technologies - Azure Cloud, AWS.
- Data Lake & Data Warehouse: SparkDB, Azure Databricks
- Consulting and Advisory: Analysing client needs, identifying technical challenges, and recommending solutions.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Developing and implementing technical solutions that align with client objectives.
- Client Communication: Clearly explaining technical concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Addressing technical issues, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Training and Documentation: Educating clients on technology solutions and creating documentation for best practices.
- Collaboration: Working with internal teams, including product development, sales, and operations.
- Project Management: Leading technical projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
- Staying Current: Keeping up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of specific technologies, software, and products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
