Technical Services Manager - Data Centre - Netherlands

My client, a Tier 2 Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join a large-scale Data Centre project in Groningen, Netherlands.

Duties

• Manage the delivery of MEP services across the project.
• Oversee M&E subcontractors and trade partners.
• Monitor quality, safety, programme and progress.
• Coordinate MEP works with the wider construction team.
• Review technical documentation and design requirements.
• Manage and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee MEP installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage variations and technical issues with the commercial team.
• Attend project and MEP coordination meetings.
• Support and mentor the MEP team.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years' construction experience.
• 5+ years' experience as a Services Coordinator, MEP Manager or Technical Services Manager.
• Building Services / Engineering qualification or relevant M&E trade qualification.
• Strong experience delivering major MEP packages.
• Data Centre / Life Sciences / Critical Environment experience preferred.
• Proven experience taking projects through to completion.
• Strong understanding of MEP installation and commissioning.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.

• €90,000 - €120,000 basic salary DOE
• Circa €8,500 NET Living Away Allowance
