Job Description

Job Title: Technical Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of HVAC engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure on time and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, efficiency and departmental growth, to include recruitment and training.
  • Provide and oversee quotations for PPM renewals, remedials and project works.
  • Plan and schedule assignments, coordinating resources effectively to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Manage service budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Benefits:

  • Salary £50,000 - £60,000 dependant per annum, commensurate with experience.
