Job Description
Job Title: Technical Services Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of HVAC engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure on time and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement service strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, efficiency and departmental growth, to include recruitment and training.
- Provide and oversee quotations for PPM renewals, remedials and project works.
- Plan and schedule assignments, coordinating resources effectively to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Manage service budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Benefits:
- Salary £50,000 - £60,000 dependant per annum, commensurate with experience.
